NCAfter going to physio regularly for a couple months, I was afraid that I would not be able to keep up with my normal routine once the circuit breaker started. But PhysiApp has been really easy to use and is great at keeping track of my daily exercises. The online consultation was a really good way to review my exercises and communicate my needs. This new routine that Briefne set up has helped to strengthen my knee and reduce pain. It pushes me to new limits without having to physically be at the clinic!
Ritzky WidjajaI completely tore my ACL and meniscus, but I ultimately decided to forgo surgery. The doctor referred me to PhysioActive, suggesting that physiotherapy is a suitable alternative to surgery. I worked with Breifne for two months to get me back into shape to be able to travel Europe for summer holidays, and I was extremely satisfied with the service. Breifne tailored my physiotherapy program to my timeline, and made adjustments on the go as my recovery went along better than expected. She didn't provide me cookie-cutter exercises, but rather specific exercises that would allow me to get on with day-to-day life. Even after I left for vacation, Breifne provided me an ACL Rehab program that I could follow even during vacation. Currently, my knee feels perfectly fine given a lack of surgery - I can run, dance, and do pretty much anything less sports. Special thanks to Breifne and the PhysioActive team.
May Li LimI had chronic musculoskeletal pain and seen multiple therapists without any improvement, sometimes injuring myself more. When I came to PhysioActive, my pain and the constant tingling I felt down my leg was affecting my quality of life. Breifne was everything I could ask for in a physical therapist. She was patient, empathetic and very skilful in assessing my condition, determining what was right for me at different stages of the therapy, and explaining to me the whats and whys. Together with me, she mapped out a therapy plan and guided me through each stage of the process. My condition has drastically improved – I am pain free most days and I wouldn’t have been able to do it without Breifne’s patient guidance, exceptional skills and constant encouragement! Thank you Breifne!
Heather BeckBreifne is a miracle worker! When I came to PhysioActive, I was limping along, having changed lots of activities I enjoyed because of the pain I was experiencing. Breifne set up a plan for my recovery and supported me every step of the way. In a relatively short time, I was back to playing tennis, taking long walks and being active. My goal was to hike the French Alps within two months, and Breifne performed her magic so I met my goal! Thank you Breifne!
