Diana Mecklenburg attended a specialised training in Australia last November where she reviewed the functional anatomy of the temporomandibular joint (TMJ) and discussed muscle, joint, neural and exercise techniques to assess and treat TMJ disorders.

The workshop also covered craniosacral therapy techniques, and how these techniques can be used to treat TMJ disorders, headaches, whiplash injury, and other musculoskeletal problems.

At PhysioActive, we place great emphasis on continuing professional development because it ensures that our physiotherapists continue to be competent in their profession. This is also an ongoing process to make sure that we provide only the highest quality of physiotherapy care to our patients!
