Prenatal Exercise Group

During pregnancy there are a number of changes that occur within the body and it is common to experience a wide range of problems such as:

  • Neck-, back- and pelvic pain
  • Incontinence
  • Muscle weakness
  • Fatigue
  • Swelling
  • Mood changes

Prenatal exercises will help to get relief from these symptoms and manage the changes that occur during pregnancy. Prevent any discomfort and maintain your fitness and well-being by joining our prenatal class.

Exercise in a friendly and comforting environment with other mums-to-be and no more than 6 participants. You can join this group at any time. The use of our gym before and after the session for cardio- and weight training is free of charge.
