Early motherhood is a demanding time both physically and emotionally. After pregnancy and child delivery, sleepless nights with breastfeeding and carrying the baby, the body feels fatigue and weak. Common problems new mums experience are:

Our 8 weeks course focus on core- and pelvic floor strengthening, posture training, endurance, stretching and relaxation. It also provides new mums with information on suitable home exercises, back care and safe lifting techniques, the need for rest and other coping strategies.
